Basketball Operations
16 teams from Paris area will compete against each other during the day powered by New Balance with the help of FFBB and NBA EME Basketball Operations’ team.
NBA and the FFBB are hosting a major 3x3 tournament for young girls and boys aged 15 to 18. 9 Women's teams and 9 Men’s teams will compete for a chance to win tickets to the NBA Paris game. Amara Sy, former Paris Basketball player, will attend the event.
Players aged 12 to 14 from local Paris schools and clubs will be participating in several clinics run by NBA Staff and representatives from both the Cavaliers and the Nets. The clinics will include NBA Legends, Mascots, and opportunities to win prizes. The sessions will be fun and engaging for the community.
The NBA, in partnership with Gatorade, will organize a Skills Challenge for10 female and 10 male players from INSEP Paris. The best two players will compete in a final event during a time-out at the NBA Paris Game 2024.
Will Weaver from the Nets, and Dan Geriot from the Cavs will offer an in-depth look at coaching techniques and team development. Christophe Denis, from Paris Basketball, will complete the line-up. The Clinics will be live streamed on the OWQLO app.
Mark Wunderlich and Monty McCutchen (NBA Referees Operations Team) will deliver two sessions for the Elite and All Levels Referees confirmed by the French Federation. The Clinics will be live streamed on the OWQLO app.
FFBB coaches Vincent Collet (French Men’s National Team head coach) and Cathy Melain (French Women’s’ National Team assistant coach) will offer an in-depth look at coaching techniques and team development.
NBA BBOPs to deliver a clinic for 30 guests from Accor. The session will include different technical, tactical, and competitive components.
The NBA will host 160 girls aged 11-14 from local schools and clubs for 4 Her Time To Play clinics. Clinic will focus on skill development drills with mentoring sessions focused on female empowerment and opportunities for women in sports and leadership. Presence of a former French National Team player and women role models, supported by the BBOPs staff.
NBA staff will support this Challenge organized by the FFBB aimed at U13 players. Challenge consists of a mix of individual skills: shooting, passing and dribbling. Winners will be rewarded 2 tickets to attend the NBA Paris Game 2024 between Cleveland Cavaliers and Brooklyn Nets. Tony Parker will attend the event to interact with the participants.
NBA BBops to deliver a clinic for 30 guests from Hennessy. The session will include different technical, tactical, and competitive components. NBA Legend Channing Frye to attend the clinic.
BBOPs EME team organized optional friendly game between all representatives from the Jr. NBA League partners and Federations attending Paris for the Jr. NBA Workshop. Main goal is to play, have fun and get to know each other. This activity is in response to feedback from last year workshop to include additional activities for them.
NBA BBops to deliver a clinic for 60 guests from different NBA Paris Game partners. The session will include different technical, tactical, and competitive components.
The winner of an NBA ID contest will have the opportunity to have a shoot around experience with Tony Parker
Current regional Jr NBA League partners will attend the session to share best practices and new benefits for the program. Opportunity for other NBA Departments to present new initiatives.
Players, coaches, and Technical Directors from our NBA Basketball Schools in Dubai, Italy, Kuwait, Lithuania, Portugal, and Switzerland will pilot our new camp curriculum in five sessions over three days. Participants will also be attending the NBA Game on Thursday and the LNB Game between Paris Basket and Monaco on Saturday.

The Jr. NBA League is back in Paris. The NBA, FFBB and UNSS will launch the Jr. NBA League featuring boys’ and girls’ school teams from across Paris. The Jr. NBA Paris League will consist of 450 U13 youth and 60 coaches, featuring 30 schools that will represent one of the NBA teams.
Youth Activities

• As Presenting Partner of The NBA Paris Game 2024, Revolut will receive in-arena and on-court branding and will host a variety of activations and fan activities during the game as the concourse activation and sweepstakes.
• At NBA House, Revolut activation for fans to dunk on a ball pool and take a picture in basketball photobooth.
• Will host 23 business partners on game day who will have an NBA Legend Meet & Greet during the VIP
Reception.
• As the Official Retail Partner of The NBA Paris Game 2024, Foot Locker will operate five stores at the Accor Arena offering official merchandise, and at NBA House.
• On game night, all VIP guests will enter the arena on a Foot Locker black and white striped walkway.
• Hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers mascot at its Champs Elysees Flagship store and an NBA Legend at NBA House to
promote the NBA Paris Game 2024 merchandise collection.
• Foot Locker host a bunker suite with 6 basketball/lifestyle influencers, promote striper brand at NBA Paris 24
• New Balance endorser, Darius Garland (Cleveland Cavaliers) will host a meet and greet for fans at the Foot
Locker Champs Elysée store on January 10.
• Gatorade will host the Gatorade Skills Challenge during The NBA Paris Game 2024, featuring finalists from a pre- qualifying event for players from the local community. The winner will receive a signed NBA jersey.
• At NBA House, Gatorade will host a “Shoot Like an All-Star” and “Closer Than Courtside” activation for all ages.
• Hennessy will host an influencer clinic at the Accor Arena the day before the game.
• Two branded Hennessy bars will be featured at the arena: one in the Hennessy suite and one in the NBA Exp
lounge where Hennessy signature cocktails will be served.
• Hosting 20 European key retailers at a 2-day sales meeting at Nike France HQ. This will include a clinic, pre-game reception and talent appearance.
• Bringing key athletes/influencers to the game.
• There will be a Nike NBA Paris product drop on January 9, 2024.
• Parions Sport, Française des Jeux’s (FDJ) sports betting platform, will present the half-court shot featuring a prize of €100,000 for one lucky fan. A Parisian artist will paint a special design on a Wilson ball which will be used for the half-court shot.
• A Parions Sport VR shooting contest will take place on the Accor Arena concourse and at NBA House.
• On Friday, January 12, FDJ will host a ‘’Staff day’’ at NBA House with the NBA arranging an NBA clinic and a M&G
with an NBA Legend for 30 FDJ’s employees.
• As the Official Timekeeper of the NBA, Tissot will provide fans with the chance to win tickets to the game and special prizes through in-store promotions.
• OOH campaign with bus and metro stations coverage, mall advertising and rebranding of the Tissot Champs Elysée store promoting the partnership with the NBA and NBA Paris Game 24.
• Tissot will also host a brand summit during game week that will bring together some of its biggest European clients, ambassadors and celebrity guests at the livebar at the Accor Arena.
• Tissot will operate their 24 seconds shooting challenge on-court activation for two participants at Accor Arena with the opportunity to win a Tissot watch.
• As part of 2K’s activation space at NBA House, fans will be able to play this year’s title, NBA 2K24, on PlayStation®5 consoles and have the opportunity to create personalized ‘MyTEAM’ Player Cards.
• 2K are working with NBA Marketing to conduct an Influencer Programme, offering x5 2K ambassadors’ access to content time (Current Player and NBA Legend), an NBA Legend Dinner, events, in-arena activities and more.
• NBA 2K24 will sponsor the ‘Kicks Cam’ in-game activation and are planning to feature NBA Paris Game branding
and challenges in-game.

Foot Locker will operate 4 retail concessions in the arena and a store truck on the Accor Arena’s plaza.
• A further pop-up store will also be operated by Foot Locker at the NBA House fan event.
• All Foot Locker staff will be wearing the striper outfits within the arena.
• Product will be available from key licensees including, Nike, Outerstuff, New Era, FoCo and Wilson.

As part of NBA Paris Game 2024, NBA Cares and the Jr. NBA will continue its global efforts to engage youth and give back to local communities through community outreach events led by players and coaches from the Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers. Events will include an NBA Cares Special Olympics Basketball Clinic & #StrongerTogether Project, an Adaptive Sports Clinic in partnership with the City of Paris, a Jr. NBA Clinic in partnership with the City of Paris, Paris Basket 18 and Levallois Sporting Club, as well as the granting of three wish experiences in partnership with Make-A- Wish.
Jr. NBA Coaches Clinic: Cleveland Cavaliers

• Overview: In partnership with Special Olympics France, the NBA and Cleveland Cavaliers will host 40 Special
Olympics Athletes at Palais des Sports Marcel-Cerdan for an NBA Cares Special Olympics Clinic. The basketball clinic – led by NBA Basketball Operations and the Cleveland Cavaliers – will use the game of basketball to unite communities and foster environments of acceptance & inclusion.
Additionally, the Cleveland Cavaliers will invite students from two classes participating in the #StrongerTogether program, which aims to encourage young people to take part in inclusive, regular physical activity, and changes the way people view mental disability. Schools will be the recipients of a €10,000 donation from the Cleveland Cavaliers for their #StrongerTogether program, which will officially launch in Fall 2024. The students, several Special Olympic Athletes and Cleveland Cavaliers players will meet, sign the inclusion pledge banner and talk about the importance of this upcoming project.
Jr. NBA Coaches Clinic: Brooklyn Nets

Adaptive Sports Clinic: Cleveland Cavaliers

• Overview: In partnership with the City of Paris, the Cleveland Cavaliers will host youth from the medical establishments EAM St Joseph and IEM La Croix Faubin for a meet & greet, adaptive sports clinic and ‘For the Love. For the Land. For the World.” banner signing. The Cavaliers will support the Bouger Partage or “Move & Share” Project for these two locations. This Move & Share project allows people who have deficiencies to be able to practice sports and meet other people from different establishments. The Cavaliers will donate €10,000 towards the purchase of adaptive sports wheelchairs to be utilized for those participatng in this project to practice multiple sports.
Jr. NBA Youth Basketball Clinic: Brooklyn Nets

• Overview: In partnership with the City of Paris, Paris Basket 18 and Levallois Sporting Club, the NBA
and Brooklyn Nets will host 50 young women from Paris Basket 18 at Palais des Sports Marcel-Cerdan for a Jr. NBA Clinic. The basketball clinic – led by NBA Basketball Operations and the Brooklyn Nets – will lead participants through a variety of basketball-related activities.
Additionally, the Brooklyn Nets will reach more than 1,000 youth in the Paris community by partnering with NBA Basketball Operations to host 18 clinics throughout the week (clinics listed above under Team Events).
Wish Granting: NBA Paris Games 2024 – Brooklyn Nets vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

• Overview: Partnering with Make-A-Wish, the NBA will enhance the wish granting experience for three children
and their families (17 total participants) to attend the NBA Paris Game 2024. Each family will be provided one hotel room for four nights at Novotel Paris Centre Bercy from January 8-12, tickets to NBA Paris Game 2024 between the Brooklyn Nets and Cleveland Cavaliers and provided behind-the-scenes access to watch team shootaround, meet & greet with NBA players and legends and take a photo on-court pre-game. The group will also have an opportunity to attend select events hosted by the NBA throughout the week.
In-Arena
As part of NBA Paris Game 2024, the NBA will recognize Special Olympics France, the City of Paris, Paris Basket 18 and Make-A-Wish during several in-arena moments.
• As part of the wish granting experience, our three Make-A-Wish children will participate in the official game ball presentation.
• As part of a pregame NBA Cares moment, the Cleveland Cavaliers will present a €10,000 donation to Special Olympics France and a €10,000 donation to the City of Paris. Members from each organization will be on site to receive their donations and participants from the Special Olympics clinic will be recognized on the jumbotron.
• As part of an in-arena NBA Cares moment, athletes from Paris Basket 18, who participated in the Brooklyn Nets youth basketball clinic, will be recognized on the jumbotron.
